Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Two of a Cain Cards LLC (“we,” “us”), a Kansas limited liability company. By using twoofacaincards.com or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to purchase. This site is not directed to children under 13.

Products & Descriptions

We describe every card as accurately as we can, including condition, grade, and photos. Custom packs and cases are defined-value products: their exact contents are stated before purchase. Colors may vary slightly between screens.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are in US dollars. Most items are one-of-a-kind and are sold on a first-come basis. We may correct pricing or listing errors and update or remove listings at any time.

Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, if the same card is claimed by two orders at once, only the first completes — if yours cannot be filled, we cancel and refund it in full, and no charge will stick.

AI-Assisted Services

Portions of our website and business operations are supported by artificial intelligence software, including product information, pricing tools, and customer communications. While we review AI-assisted output, we do not guarantee it is error-free; obvious errors in pricing or listings do not obligate us to fulfill an order at the erroneous price.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Details and timing are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Custom packs and cases are final sale.

Live Breaks Happen on TikTok

Team breaks and live sales are run through TikTok and TikTok Shop and are governed by their terms, plus the terms we state during each break. This website does not sell break spots.

Intellectual Property

The Two of a Cain Cards name, logo, and site content are ours. Card images depict the physical items we are selling; team, league, and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Two of a Cain Cards LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
