Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Two of a Cain Cards LLC (“we,” “us”), a Kansas limited liability company, collects when you use twoofacaincards.com, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, and we do not sell your information.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the shop:

• Email list.If you join our “First Look” list, we collect your email address (through a Google Form).
• Orders. When you buy, our checkout collects your name, email, phone, and shipping address, and the items you ordered. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. When you email or contact us, we keep what you send so we can respond.
• Usage data. Basic, aggregate analytics (page views, traffic source) and standard server logs (IP address, device/browser, timestamps) that every website receives.

There are no customer accounts — you check out as a guest. Logins on this site exist only for our own staff.

How We Use It

To fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your messages, send drop announcements you asked for, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and improve the site. Nothing more.

Who Helps Us Handle It (Service Providers)

We use a small set of trusted providers, each handling data on our behalf under its own agreement and privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting, aggregate analytics, and server logs.
• Supabase — the database that stores order and inventory records.
• Stripe — payment processing and sales-tax calculation.
• Resend— sending order and shipping emails (see Cookies & Tracking).
• Google — our email-signup form and our business email.
• TikTok— our live breaks and live sales happen on TikTok and are governed by TikTok’s policies, separate from this site.

Use of AI in Our Operations

We use artificial intelligence tools within our backend systems to help operate the business — for example, processing orders, managing inventory, generating product listings, and responding to customer inquiries. When these tools process your information (such as your name, email, or order details), they do so on our behalf under service agreements, and your information is never sold or used to train third-party AI models. All decisions that materially affect you — such as refunds, cancellations, or account actions — are reviewed by a person.

Cookies & Tracking

We keep this light. See our Cookie Notice for the full detail. In short: we use only essential cookies plus privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, and our order emails include standard open/click measurement. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept as long as needed to run the business and to meet tax and legal requirements (generally several years). Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics are retained in summary form only.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us at cains@twoofacaincards.com and we will remove it.

Your Choices & Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information we hold, request a copy, or request deletion, email cains@twoofacaincards.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California and other U.S. state privacy laws — we honor those requests through the same email, and we do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected and limit access to it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above.
